Cassaundra joined Honan in early 2018 and is the Regional Head of Employee Benefits in Honan Asia. She oversees the growth and management of the Employee Benefits portfolio, develops client strategies, and builds strategic relationships with partners. She has experience with both local and international benefit programs. Before joining Honan, she held positions in communication, marketing, and business development.

Cassaundra is an avid traveller and is passionate about tennis and fomula 1.

Jennifer joined Honan in 2020, managing and servicing the Global Corporate General Insurance Portfolio for Honan Asia. In her current position as Head of Corporate Asia, she is responsible for strategy, business development and relationship management of the wider Corporate Team.

Jennifer has over 10 years of experience working in the insurance sector and before joining Honan, she was a Liability Underwriter at Lloyd’s of London. She holds a BSc in Mathematics, Statistics and Actuarial Sciences and is an Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute (ACII)

She is a keen runner and enjoys exploring Asia and the region.

Thomas Russell has over 10 years’ experience in insurance across a broad range of roles from account manager to his current position managing the Wholesale and Placement division of Honan Asia. He specialises in creating bespoke General Insurance and Reinsurance placements that utilise local and international markets to secure the most competitive solutions for insureds and cedents.

Nancy has over 20 years of experience in Employee Benefits insurance. As the Director for Employee Benefits, she is responsible for developing new business opportunities and servicing large accounts. Nancy started her career as an underwriter and later moved to broking. With her broad experience and contacts in the Employee Benefits space, she is able to arrange insurance programs that are comprehensive, adequate, and competitively priced. She also consults and provides advice to clients on claims matters.

James joined Honan in March 2022 as a Service Manager and is now the Growth Leader in the Employee Benefits Division, responsible for developing new channel partners and areas of growth in the Singapore market. Prior to joining Honan, James worked for an Independent Financial Advisory Firm (iFA) as a Manager in the CEO’s Office and subsequently as a Portfolio Manager servicing clients end-to-end in both Employee Benefits and Corporate Insurance.

As a Senior Client Manager, Jacqueline is responsible for stewardship of key clients and business development across our domestic corporate portfolio. With over 15 years of experience in the General Insurance Industry, she has demonstrated experience with handling insurance renewals and setting up insurance programs for the logistics and education sector. Understanding your business operation and finding the appropriate insurance solution is what Jacqueline enjoys most about her job.

Outside of work, Jacqueline loves to travel and she is a keen cook on the weekends.

Senior Client Executive

Jun Han joined Honan in 2022 after having worked in the life insurance space for more than four years. As a Client Executive Jan Hun focusses on analysing corporate client’s risk portfolios, placement and business development. Always with the aim to build long-lasting relationships and to provide exceptional service.

Jun Han is an avid dog lover and big fan of extreme sports such as Formula 1 racing.

Eng Kit leads the Honan Claims Team in Asia and has demonstrated experience in handling insurance claims. He uses his 20 years of experience in the insurance industry to make sure the claims process runs efficiently and smoothly for each insurance class, think Property, Casualty, Specialty and Employee Benefits. Eng Kit applies his knowledge through the entire claims cycle, helping clients with claims resolution, policy coverage and interpretation, claims analysis and risk management.

Meng Chuan joined Honan in early 2016, assuming different roles in Employee Benefits claims. In his current position as Assistant Claims Manager, he assists the Head of Claims to oversee the Asia claims team.
With over 8-years of experience within the claims servicing field, Meng Chuan knows how to get the best possible outcome from a policy for his clients.

Simon joined Honan Asia mid 2022 as a Financial Controller. In his current position Simon oversees the finance team in Singapore and Kuala Lumpur.

Prior to joining Honan, Simon spent 10 years in various Big4 and mid-tier accounting firms as an external auditor specialised in industries such as Financial Services, Oil and Gas, Manufacturing, Services, and Trading as well as shared services centres.

Chloe joined Honan in November 2022 as an Assistant Finance Manager after having worked in finance for more than 15 years assuming different roles from External Auditor to overseeing the finance and accounting functions of the Singapore division of a large company. Chloe is a member of The Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants (ISCA).
