House Bill of Lading and House Air Waybill Liability — provides coverage for physical loss or damage to cargo arising out of the issuance of your Air Waybill or Ocean Bill of Lading &/or FIATA Bill of Lading.

Local Transportation and Warehousing Liability – provides coverage for physical loss or damage to the property of others (cargo) arising from your negligence whilst: 

• In transit in a vehicle owned or leased by you
• At your warehouse owned or leased by you, scheduled in the policy
• Handled by parties assigned by you but not in your care custody and control
  

Coverage is also provided when there is damage to cargo as a result of insufficient or inadequate packing, crating, bracing, wrapping, marking or cushioning; or improper selection, design or construction of crates, boxes or other containers when done by you or your sub-contractors.
